PASSWORD HELP About Password: The password file is made up of three parts. The first is the user's reference name, the second is the actual password to be typed in by the user (the password is case sensitive), the last field is the user access level. The access level is 1 through 4 with 4 having the greatest amount of access. Note - Only one user should have an access level of 4. This way only one user has access to the maintenance of passwords. When the system is first started, the only password is the one assigned to user OWNER with a password of MASTER assigned. This user has an access level of 4, which allows access to everything in the system. The number of passords allowed is based on the amount of storage available. However, the more passwords the more maintenance and room for error. _______________________________________________________________________ < End of Help >
